Internet marketing has been successful even since the introduction of internet and it has boomed in the late 90s. But many internet marketers failed to know the fundamentals of internet, which is how to find buyers. The most fundamental of internet marketing is how to find potential buyers.
For many internet marketers, the missing key for them to success is knowing how to generate massive traffic. Many of them create products, websites and no one visits their website. That’s the biggest reason why they quited.
There is no method in the world that can bring you millions of traffic in a week. But there are proven techniques that can bring you massive traffic. Best of all, some of them are free.
Today, I am going to cover one technique that can be implement to any website.
Using long keywords
The free technique is to use long keywords. As we all know, Search Engine is the best source of traffic and many people are trying to get traffic from them. But what they failed to know is that, having longer keywords will have better conversion and easier traffic!
This is a new technique for drawing traffic to websites. The old technique was to target general keywords that generate massive traffic. But this new technique is to target multiple longer keywords to generate traffic.
How it helps
As longer keywords tell us what exactly the visitor is looking for, often the conversion rate is higher. For example, “make money with search engine optimization” will tell you more compared to the keyword “make money online”. So if you can have more longer keywords targeted, it can bring a lot of traffic with lesser work.
How to look for long keywords

1) Use tracking tools
There are tools you can track the keywords that visitors use to arrive to your website. Use it to keep track of your visitors’ source.
2) Using keyword research tools
Use keyword research tools like Google keywords or Traffic estimator to research for keywords. Just type in a general keyword and they will suggest you with more longer keywords
3) Check your competitors
Spy on your competitors on what keywords they use. Search for their meta tags, title, description and so on.
Benefits of using longer keywords
There are a lot of benefits in using keywords, but the main benefits are
- High placement in SERP : As longer keywords has lesser competition, you will be ranked higher with lesser efforts
- Higher conversion : Conversion will be higher as you understand more what the visitor wants. And therefore you can sell/promote things he needs
- More traffic : Although the traffic from each keyword are small, but if you have many keywords targeted, you will have massive traffic
- Make more money : More traffic + higher conversion = more money!
